Watermelon carpaccio with feta
25 gram rucola
50 gram feta cheese
2 sp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp honey
Pinch of salt
- Cut the watermelon in half. Then you cut away the hard shell.
- You cut the watermelon flesh wafer-thin with a knife and divide them over 4 plates.
- Place the argula in het middle of the watermelon carpaccio and then crumble the feta cheese on top.
- Mix the balsamic vinegar, honey and salt in a bowl and divide the dressing over 4 dishes. Enjoy your meal!
