Pizza with tuna deluxe a la Marilyn

Pizza with tuna deluxe a la Marilyn. This is totally a fusion food pizza that i have created. I have used the new vegan pizza base with the paprika flavor from Magioni, but you can of course also use a normal pizza base. Magioni’s new vegan pizza base contains 35 percent more vegetables. And available in 3 flavors: cauliflower, zucchini and paprika. Are you curious about my pizza with tuna deluxe a la Marilyn, then go straight to my recipe. It is very simple to make.

Pizza with tuna deluxe a la Marilyn (2 persons)


2 pizza bases with paprika flavor (Magioni vegan pizza paprika)

2 eggs

1 large red onion

160 – 185 grams of canned tuna

1 jar of pesto rosso

1 jar of black olives rings (otherwise cut the black olives into rings)

1 bag of mozzarella or mozzarella balls

1 jar of capers

1 tomato



1.In a saucepan, let the water come to a boil and then add 2 eggs and simmer for another 8 – 10 minutes. Then let the pan with the boiled eggs cool with running cold water. Then peel the eggs.

2.Cut red onions into normal rings. Drain canned tuna. Cut mozzarella into small pieces or you can also use mozzarella balls. Also cut the tomato into small cubes and finely chop the parsley. We only use diced tomatoes and parsley last when the pizza is baked.

3.Spread the pizza bases with a thick layer of pesto rosso. Then you will cover the pizza bases with tuna, red rings, egg slices (egg slicer), black olive rings, capers, mozzarella pieces.

4.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Then you are going to put the pizza in the oven for 8 – 10 minutes. When the mozzarella cheese has melted, it is ready. Add more tomato cubes and chopped parsley on top. Enjoy your meal!
